This is an extremely useful book, doing exactly what the title states.
He describes 7 principles, including the importance of eating organic, detoxification, and which foods are particularly helpful
for this, elimination of genetically-modified foods. He also gives pages and pages of recipes - although I don't personally
agree with his recommendation to add Bragg's Liquid Aminos to so many of these!
