As Human Beings, we form the Human Kingdom, sharing life upon Planet Earth with the Mineral, Plant and Animal Kingdoms. We are therefore subject to certain laws of nature.
These include a requirement, in order to survive, and enjoy life, for

Food

which can be supplied from either animal or plant kingdoms;

Water

an intrinsic element of our environment;and

Oxygen

supplied primarily by the air we breathe.

These are vital to life.

I believe that we also need

Rest
Exercise
Emotional Nourishment and Stimulation

in order for life to be vigorous within us. If we have the basic physical requirements listed above, we may still live, but without these further needs, our vitality will diminish, and we may even fall ill.

Based on the above, I consider the following to be the

Key Principles to Health

I.Food that is as close to its original state as possible, and produced in ground that has not been contaminated with industrial or agricultural wastes.

II. Rest, when the body and mind are able to fully 'recoil' to neutral, after mental, emotional or physical activity.

III. Exercise that enhances lymphatic drainage, and improves oxygenation of cell tissue.

IV. Water free likewise from pollutants of a chemical, metal, or bacterial nature, and ideally in its natural, vital, state.

V. Air free from pollutants (heavy metal and chemical particulates).

On this site I offer some ways of achieving each of the above, even within the context of a world that increasingly separates us from their natural sources. Just click on whichever theme interests you to find out more.
